Neon Media Labs Kft on your statement: what it is and what to do

Updated October 25, 2026 · Match Parfait editorial team · How we rate

Short answer

Neon Media Labs Kft is a Hungarian company, based in Budapest, that collects payments for the dating site Victoria Milan, doing business as Digisecbilling. Victoria Milan’s own footer says so. A charge under that name is almost always a Victoria Milan membership: a new purchase, an automatic renewal, or a payment someone made with your card. Check your email first, then cancel or dispute it.

01Who is Neon Media Labs Kft?

Victoria Milan is run by one company and paid through another. The footer of victoriamilan.com states that the site is owned and operated by Nextlove Limited, in Malta, and that payments are collected by Neon Media Labs Kft, in Budapest, Hungary, doing business as Digisecbilling. “Kft” is simply the Hungarian equivalent of an LLC.

That split is deliberate. Victoria Milan’s help center says: “We don’t display the site’s name on bank statements.” The point is discretion for members, which is also why the line on your statement can look unfamiliar.

02Why you might see this charge

There are three usual explanations, from most to least common.

  • You bought a Victoria Milan membership and forgot. The site charges the whole package at once, not monthly, so a single large line is normal.
  • An automatic renewal. Paid memberships renew on their own, and the terms say renewals are billed at the original, undiscounted price. A 48-hour trial renews into a six-month membership.
  • Someone else used your card. A partner, a family member, or a fraudster with your card details.

03Step 1: check whether it’s yours

Search your inboxes, including spam, for “Victoria Milan”, “Nextlove” and “Digisecbilling”. A purchase or renewal normally comes with an email to the address on the account.

One useful clue: a membership bought in the iPhone or Android app is billed by Apple or Google, not by Neon Media Labs. Apple charges show up as apple.com/bill. So a Neon Media Labs line points to a purchase made on the website.

04Step 2: if it’s yours, stop the renewal

Cancel from the “My membership” page of your Victoria Milan account. Do it early: the terms ask for 14 days’ notice before the end of a 1- or 3-month package and 28 days for a 6- or 12-month one, otherwise the next period can be billed.

Don’t expect a refund for the period already paid. At checkout you waive your right of withdrawal, and the terms say fees aren’t refunded except where the law requires it. Our guide to deleting a Victoria Milan account walks through cancellation and deletion step by step.

05Step 3: if you didn’t make it, dispute it with your bank

If no one in your household recognizes the charge, treat it as unauthorized and call your card issuer right away. They can block the card and open a dispute.

In the US, the FTC explains that federal law caps your liability for unauthorized credit card charges at $50. For billing errors, your written dispute must reach the issuer within 60 days of the first statement showing the charge. The issuer then has 30 days to acknowledge it and 90 days to resolve it.

  • Write down the date, the amount and the exact line shown on your statement.
  • Ask your bank to block the card if the details may have been stolen.
  • Send a written dispute to the billing-inquiries address, keep a copy, and keep any emails.
  • If you suspect identity theft, the FTC points you to IdentityTheft.gov.

06Is it a scam?

The company itself is not a scam: it’s the payment collector Victoria Milan names in its own footer. What can feel like one is an unexpected renewal at full price, which is why the cancellation notice period matters.

A charge you truly never authorized is a different matter. That’s card misuse, whoever is behind it, and your bank is the right place to start.
