How to delete your Victoria Milan account, for good

Updated October 19, 2026 · Match Parfait editorial team · How we rate

Short answer

Deactivating a Victoria Milan profile doesn’t delete it: the account reactivates the next time you log in, and a paid subscription keeps renewing. To leave cleanly, cancel your membership first, with 14 or 28 days’ notice depending on the package, then ask support@victoriamilan.com to delete your account, writing from the email address on file.

01Deactivate, cancel, delete: three different things

This is where people lose money. Victoria Milan’s terms treat these as three separate actions, and none of them does the others’ job.

ActionWhat it doesWhat it doesn’t do
Deactivate your profileHides your profile temporarilyDoesn’t stop auto-renewal. The account reactivates as soon as you log back in
Cancel your membershipStops future charges, if you give notice in timeDoesn’t delete the profile: it stops being visible but stays in the company’s database
Request deletionRemoves the accountDoesn’t refund anything already paid

To actually disappear: cancel first, request deletion second. In that order.

02Step 1: cancel the membership, with enough notice

The help center is explicit: your Premium membership has to be canceled before you can deactivate your profile, and deactivating doesn’t change what you already owe. So start here.

Under the terms, you cancel from the “My membership” page of your account, or with a signed written request sent from your registered email address, in block capitals, with your full name, registered country and email. If you don’t cancel, the subscription renews automatically for the same package length.

The detail that catches people is the notice period. Cancel too late and the site can bill you for the next period.

PackageLengthNotice before the period ends
Premium Basic1 month14 days
Premium Bronze3 months14 days
Premium Gold6 months28 days
Premium Platinum12 months28 days

04Step 2: clean up before you go

Before you request deletion, take ten minutes to remove the most sensitive things yourself. If the request takes a while, your profile is already empty.

  • Delete your photos, public and private.
  • Clear your description, and change your username to something neutral if the site lets you.
  • Revoke any “Private Keys” you’ve granted to your private photos.
  • Delete conversations you don’t want to leave behind.
  • Write down your membership end date and the name that appears on your card statement.

05Step 3: request deletion

The terms say you can delete your account by contacting support, through the site’s contact form or by email at support@victoriamilan.com. Write from the email address linked to your account so they can confirm it’s you.

Members in the European Union also have a legal right to erasure under the GDPR. If you live in the US, the terms don’t spell out a deadline for American members, but you can still ask, and some state privacy laws, such as California’s, may give you a right to request deletion. Here’s a template to adapt.

Subject: Request to delete my account and personal data. Hello, please permanently delete the Victoria Milan account linked to this email address, including my profile, photos and messages. My membership was canceled on [date]. Please confirm the deletion in writing. Name: [name], registered country: United States.

06Step 4: keep proof, then check your statement

Keep a copy of your cancellation and your deletion request: a sent email or a screenshot is enough. Then check your next card statement to make sure no new charge appears after your end date.

If a charge does show up after you canceled on time, contact support first with your proof. If that goes nowhere, your card issuer can tell you how to dispute it.

07Refunds: don’t count on one

Victoria Milan is upfront about this. At checkout you waive your right of withdrawal in exchange for instant access, and the terms say fees aren’t refundable except where the law requires it. Deleting your account mid-subscription doesn’t put anything back on your card.

That’s one more reason to cancel early: the 14- or 28-day notice counts before the period ends, not after.

08Moving to another site?

If you’re leaving Victoria Milan to try somewhere else, run the discretion checklist before you sign up: a fresh email address, photos without your face, hidden notification previews. Our comparison of discreet dating sites sums up what each one shows on your statement and how you leave it.

Questions

  • Does deactivating my Victoria Milan profile stop the subscription?

No. The terms say deactivation doesn’t switch off auto-renewal, and the account reactivates the next time you log in. You have to cancel the membership separately.

  • Where is the delete button?

The terms point you to support: the site’s contact form or an email to support@victoriamilan.com. Write from the address linked to your account.

  • Does deleting the app cancel my membership?

No. Uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription and doesn’t delete your account. Cancel in your phone’s settings, then ask support to delete the account.

  • Can I get a refund if I delete my account?

Generally no. At checkout you waive your right of withdrawal, and the terms say fees aren’t refundable except where the law requires it.

  • Is an inactive free profile deleted automatically?

The terms allow the company to delete a free profile that hasn’t been used for more than six months, but that isn’t guaranteed. If you want your data gone, ask for it yourself.
